No-Fee Service Level | Business Analyst Level | Marketing eTeam^TM Level

You elect a Service Level for each goAskem account you create.  We offer both No-Fee and For-Fee service levels.  You may have multiple accounts, each with any Service Level.   You may upgrade an account for greater capabilities (email webmaster@goAskem.net ).  Each service level adds new capabilities.

Briefly, No-Fee Service Level assessments appear with the goAskem.net brand.  Business Analyst Level assessments appear with no goAskem.net brand, making them more suitable for some business purposes.  Marketing eTeam Level assessments, are also unbranded .  In addition, eTeam assessments may be password-protected, thus limiting who may view and respond to them.  Additional Service Level differences, such as account capacities, are detailed below, and on the Service Level-specific pages.

As previously described, you create assessments - tests and surveys - on-line using goAskem.

All goAskem tests and surveys may include unlimited elements of the following types -

- Section Headings,
- Explanatory Text,
- Questions of type:
   - T/F,
   - Y/N,
   - multiple choice
      - single or multiple response,
      - virtually unlimited choices possible,
   - short text answer,
   - long text answer,
   - password-entry-like text response protection.

No-Fee Service Level - A quick, convenient Self-Test or Public-Interest Survey application service.  You get -

- powerful, easy-to-use capabilities completely free of charge ... learn about goAskem risk-free & cost-free,

- create, edit, publish, copy, delete up to three tests or surveys in your account at any time ... easily create new ones based on earlier ones,

- any assessment is publicly accessible for up to 45 days ... plenty of time for event-related data collection,

- collect up to 500 responses for any assessment ... plenty of results for meaningful statistical analysis,

- set-up any number of goAskem No-Fee accounts ... keeps different projects distinct,

- select from numerous scoring options for test or survey usage ... facilitates automated results-compilation,

- select from numerous respondent reporting options ... controls how to interpret results, who sees how much,

- select automated numbering of questions and sections ... simplifies your creation task and improves assessment readability,

- for tests, optionally set an individual point value for every question ... finer control over scoring and measurement of respondent knowledge,

- for tests, designate correct answers with strict or lenient scoring -
  - exact-match, or
  - case-sensitive/case-insensitive, along with
  - exact spacing/ignore spacing/ignore extra spacing
... gives choice of lenient or strict scoring on textual responses,

- special exclude from scoring option for background info or experimental questions ... capture responses for later evaluation without affecting scores,

- for tests, use points- or percentage-based scoring ... fits your model of test design, not ours,

- for tests, select pass/fail or letter-grade scoring (five grade levels) ... tune your congratulatory response text to actual results,

- publish tests and surveys for public accessibility of up to 45 days at a time (unlimited with other Service Levels) ... evaluate goAskem's responsiveness and reliability at no charge,

- tests and surveys are automatically scored or compiled and, optionally. reported to your respondent ... test results appear with your tailored (grade-specific) response text, even embedded links to grade-specific pages on your site,

- know a little HTML?  Embed formatting tags right in your text - the headings, explanatory text, questions, response text ... gives nearly unlimited formatting control over your assessments.

Marketing eTeam^TM Level - Includes the Business Analyst Level, plus --
