A Self-Test and Public-Interest Survey Application Service

No-Fee Services* are available for both non-commercial and commercial applications.   goAskem No-Fee Service is powerful and flexible.

Use this Service Level to offer customers a self-test or public-interest survey capability.  For example, you can help them determine whether to purchase product training materials or attend classes you offer.  Other goAskem service levels offer additional options.

Or, use this service level to experiment cost-free with goAskem to learn if its power and ease-of-use can help your business.

Assessments - tests and surveys - of all service levels may contain any of the following elements:

- Section Headings,
- Explanatory (plain) Text blocks,
- Yes/No Questions,
- True/False Questions,
- Multiple Choice, Single Response Questions,
- Multiple Choice, Multiple Response Questions,
- Short Text Answer Questions,
- Long Text Answer Questions,
- Questions with Password-Style Response Protection.

With the No-Fee Service Level you may:

- have up to three on-line tests/surveys in your account at any time,
- link to them from your website, or incorporate such a link in emails or newsletters,
- invite all your contacts or customers to participate.

The following No-Fee Service Level-specific testing and survey capabilities* are provided:

- each may contain unlimited elements (see above),
- each may collect results from up to 500 respondents,
- each may be available publicly for up to 45 days (closed sooner if you like),
- results available as they are collected, and for an additional 15 days after public access is suspended,
- each respondent may optionally receive their test score and/or an overview of all respondents' scores (tests) or choices (surveys).

Things to remember:

1. As with all Service Levels, scores and question responses are accessible to the assessment author after the fact, and your respondents may see their score and assessment summaries immediately.  And, ...

2. No-Fee Assessments are presented to the public with limited goAskem logo and identity, and may also display other discreet promotional elements.   Higher Service Levels do not contain the goAskem identity or other promotional material.
