The Marketing eTeam level is a for-fee service that offers password control, greater capacity and convenience.

The following capabilities are added in this Level (beyond Business Analyst Service Level capabilities):

- optional password access to each assessment ... prevents unauthorized viewing or response,
- up to 12 assessments in your account at any time ... more convenient assessment updates, longer access to early assessments' results.
- up to 15,000 respondents to each and every assessment ... longer assessment runs with mammoth result sets.

Assessments of all Service Levels may contain any of the following elements:

- Section Headings,
- Explanatory (plain) Text blocks,
- Yes/No Questions,
- True/False Questions,
- Multiple Choice, Single Response Questions,
- Multiple Choice, Multiple Response Questions,
- Short Text Answer Questions,
- Long Text Answer Questions,
- Questions with Password-Style Response Protection.

Access Control Features Screen Out Unwanted Visitors  Another key advantage of this service level is the capability to define a private access code. This is a password for your assessment that must be provided by any respondent before access is allowed.

You may send the password to a select population via email, newsletter, voice communication, advertisement or other means.  This works well for limiting access to your actual customer base, or even a selected subset of customers to whom you transmit the password.   In fact, you could segment your customer base and send each group different passwords to different assessments for comparative study!

All Business Analyst Capabilities Included  The Marketing eTeam level includes all the powerful, commercial-grade features of the Business Analyst level:

• Nearly unlimited test respondents

• Virtually unlimited questions

• Virtually unlimited access durations (up to ten years)

• Private-label test and survey presentation

• Tests/surveys safe and accessible

• Account suspension privilege.
