Service Levels Overview | No-Fee Service Level | Marketing eTeam^TM Level

The Business Analyst level is a for-fee service that lets you build first-class commercial assessments - tests and surveys*- for critical business data collection (see Pricing).  Once published, your assessments are available to everyone on the World Wide Web through their assigned access ids .

The following specific capabilities are added in this Service Level (beyond No-Fee Service Level capabilities):

- up to 6 assessments in any account at any time,
- up to 1500 respondents per assessment,
- up to ten years of access,
- assessments available publicly for any length of time,
- assessment results available as they are collected, and until the assessment is deleted or your account closed,
- assessments are presented in private label fashion without goAskem logos or other promotional elements, and
- assessment scores and responses accessible for any length of time, both during and after test availability.

Tests and Surveys of all Service Levels may contain any of the following elements:

- Section Headings,
- Explanatory (plain) Text blocks,
- Yes/No Questions,
- True/False Questions,
- Multiple Choice, Single Response Questions,
- Multiple Choice, Multiple Response Questions,
- Short Text Answer Questions,
- Long Text Answer Questions,
- Questions with Password-Style Response Protection.

Virtually Unlimited Questions and Duration  If you need long-term assessment availability or access to results for business decision making, the Business Analyst Service Level is for you.  Alternatively, you may set access count and/or duration limits on any assessment to limit response.

Private-Label Tests  Business Analyst service level tests appear without the goAskem identity or other promotional elements.  However, you may incorporate your own logos or promotional items! Simply type the appropriate HTML access links into the elements as you construct your assessment.

Assessments and Results Safe and Accessible  Each assessment and its results under this level are accessible for as long as you maintain your account with goAskem, or until you explicitly delete the individual assessment.

Account Suspension Privilege  Finally, you may utilize an account suspension privilege which allows you to archive all your work and suspend periodic charges.  Later, the account can be resurrected for reuse*.
