A Sample Survey

To create a survey (vs. a test), you simply designate the Survey setting on the very first goAskem Wizard Overview Page during assessment creation.  The Wizard helps you through the rest of the process, entering question text and settings for each.

Tests can include different question types. Or, you can use a uniform type for all questions.
