Registration

Registration establishs an account to create tests and surveys.  You may hold multiple accounts with different service levels.  Complete these 3-steps:

1. Choose your service level (entered in Step Three).  See Service Levels here.

2. Read the Service Agreement, then click "I Accept" or "I Decline".

3. A Form will appear to fill out and submit.  If you selected a For-Fee Service Level, a payment information form will then follow.
