Here are some things to remember about goAskem.net pricing:

• You may choose our No-Fee Service Level or one of our For-Fee Levels.
• There's never a long-term contract or commitment, but there are discounts for prepayment.
• You may suspend or terminate accounts at any time.
• You may upgrade any account to a higher Service Level (email webmaster@goAskem.net for details).

For-Fee prices for each account are based on the Service Level elected for that account.  For an overview of Service Levels, click here.

Current Service Fees  Despite the power and richness of goAskem.net services, your costs are simple to compute.  Each For-Fee account is charged a monthly fee, payable in advance, and due on the monthly anniversary of its service initiation.  Consolidated payment schedules for multiple accounts are available upon request.

Cost Analysis   The Business Analyst Level provides an economical Monthly Fee of $99.00.  Though the Marketing eTeam Monthly Fee is higher ($299.00), account capacities are much greater.  This makes the Marketing eTeam Level more economical for many circumstances, plus you gain password control over access to your assessments (see Service Levels).

Choose the Business Analyst Level if its capabilities are sufficient, and you anticipate publishing fewer tests or surveys, each with fewer respondents. 

Choose the Marketing eTeam Level if you need its password access control feature, and/or you anticipate using more assessments or respondents.

Remember, you may have multiple goAskem accounts, each with a different Service Level.

Payment Method     Each time you register for an account and elect a For-Fee service level, you will receive instructions on making payment for your goAskem.net services in that account.  Payment must be made by a commercial-account check, a cashier's check, or by money order.  Credit card billing is not available at this time.

Your payment must be received by the 10th day of each billing period or you risk having access to our services blocked.  To avoid such an unfortunate occurrence, consider taking advantage of our discounts awarded for advance payment.

Billing Period   Each account must be paid monthly, by the 10th day of your account's monthly anniversary.  Discounts for multiple months' payment in advance are shown below.  Full fees are due for each month, or any portion there of.

Upgrading Your Service Level    To gain access to a higher Service Level's capacity, reporting and access control capabilities, you may upgrade an account at any time.  To do so, email webmaster@goAskem.net.  Upgrades can usually be accomplished within 2 business days of receipt of your upgrade payment.  Any upgrade results in a resetting of your monthly service anniversary.  A credit is allowed for the unused portion of your current billing period's fees, provided your account is current.

Suspended Accounts   There is never a long-term commitment with goAskem.  You may suspend an account to avoid incurring service fees for that account.  When and if you choose to resurrect a suspended account, a resurrection fee will be charged, as shown in the current fees table at the top of this page.  If you do not resurrect an account prior to the maximum suspension period (presently 180 days, but always at least 120 days), the account may be terminated. It then may no longer be resurrected.  See the Service Agreement for details.

Advance Payment Discounts   All goAskem.net services are payable on a monthly basis, in advance. When paying for two or more months at one time, a six (6) percent discount may be taken on the total amount of your payment, including the amount owed for the current month .

For example, suppose you create a Business Analyst account on August 12. You are required to make payment for the first month's service by August 22 (that month).  However, if you wish, you may send payment for, say, three months initially, reducing the amount on your first three months of service from $297.00, to $279.18 ($99.00 x 3 x 0.94) - a savings of nearly $30.  Your next payment, in the amount of $99.00, would be due November 12 of that year.  All prices are expressed in U.S. dollars.
